Power Overview

Ronan has the ability to take objects out of his dreams. If he can dream it, he can pull it through, regardless of size or impossibility. He can make replicas of things (cars, sunglasses, etc) if he's seen them before, but if he's not intimately familiar with the object he can get a few details wrong. He can also create items that operate on 'dream logic', such as remote control planes with no batteries, pencils that write in ink, pens that only write in cursive, etc. He's not perfect, however, and sometimes he also pulls out flawed things: things that make no logical sense and have no practical use (chairs with too-few legs, utensils with too many handles, calendars with the same day over and over again, etc).

He can't always control what he pulls out. At times, he pulls out monsters from his nightmares, at times he pulls out their mutilated victims. Often, his prizes are small, random, and pointless. Sometimes, it's difficult for him not to take something out- it can be a compulsion just as much as it is a gift.

Limitations

Ronan's power source for his dreaming is a magical forest that rests on a ley line back in his world. In canon, other dreamers have used their abilities so much (creating an entire farm, or hundreds of cars) that they've sapped the ley line and faded the power source- so his ability to create is not infinite.

Because the ley line is not in the world of Hadriel, Ronan can only access it through the Door. As the Door is thusfar always open, he can always reach through- though his power waxes and wanes with the door's surges, and at times can be weaker. During times like these, Ronan subconsciously pulls his dream things through Adam instead, as Adam has a piece of Cabeswater inside of him and he functions as a conduit to the ley line for Ronan to use.

This somewhat limits his ability to take items from his dreams, as pulling too much drains Adam of his energy. Small things merely make Adam tired and sluggish; large things can make him pass out entirely. Too much strain on his abilities could possibly kill him, which is something that Ronan very much wants to avoid.

Living things

Ronan is capable of creating living things: from plants to animals to actual human beings. He's done this before when he was unaware of his abilities. Creating life is not the same as popping out a unique kid or anything: any living being that Ronan creates is dependent on him. They're sort of... parts of himself that grow into another person with their own thoughts and feelings. They're capable of living their own lives separate from him, and there is no mental or emotional empathy between them, but if he dies then they go into a comatose stasis. They also tend to be a bit more simple than most people, though there's nothing glaringly off about them.

Ronan will not intentionally pull a living thing into reality unless he's given no choice or something drastic happens, but is capable of doing so, so I thought I'd mention it because it could be awesome for future plotting!
